We focus on rhythm, signals, and removing noise.

Phase 2 — Repair (Weeks 5–10)

Build metabolic function through structured eating, strength, and consistency.
This is where your body begins to respond differently.

Phase 3 — Refine (Weeks 11–16)

Solidify the system.
Adapt it to your life so it continues working beyond the program.

Each phase builds on the last. Nothing is random.
