FAQs

Do I need equipment? What equipment do I need?

RVF uses at-home equipment. No barbells or heavy machinery. 95% of programs are dumbbell only + optional add-ons:

  • Variety of dumbbells: Light, Medium, and Heavy. A rack of 5-15 lbs or 5-25 lbs is perfect. As you progress in strength, you can add in 30 lbs, 40 lbs, 50 lbs, 75 lbs, etc.
  • Resistance bands (optional): Non-slip bands (for around the thigh) are recommended
  • Ankle/wrist weights (optional): 1-2 lbs for sculpt classes
  • Workout bench (optional): Sometimes used in traditional strength sessions. Can be purchased on Amazon for $50-$99


You can always complete a program with no equipment. Movement is more important than materials. When choosing bodyweight, give your muscles additional stimulation through mind-to-muscle connection + slow-and-controlled motion.

Will I see results?

Physical results will always vary from person to person but if you prioritize a positive mindset and fully commit to a program... you will 100% experience some type of transformation.

Common results:
Losing inches via measurements, visible changes in photos, clothes fitting different, feeling stronger in workouts (and life), lifting more weight, doing things you couldn't do before, higher energy, better sleep and inner confidence.

Over time, if you stay consistent in your RVF training, you'll maintain your transformation/results too!

What do I get? Does the membership include the full RVF library?

The membership does not include all RVF programs.

Why? Because it's distracting and unnecessary. You don't need everything (noise). You need 1 program at a time—done well, and onto the next. If you want a program for life, you can purchase it anytime!

Here's what the membership includes:

  • The current seasonal challenge: The current RVF program will always be available. New programs are added every 4-8 weeks
  • Rotating access to 1-2 past challenges/programs: Always count on the most recent 1-2 programs available at all times. This way, depending on when you join, you can finish all the way through + have something else to start
  • 20% off discount to purchase programs you love: If you loved a specific challenge/program and want to own the workouts for life, you can purchase them at any time

Are the workouts follow-along? Music included?

Yes, the workouts are follow-along.

All you do is press play (no guesswork). Rachele is behind the microphone doing the workout with you.

If there's a workout where it makes more sense to do demo videos (30 second clips—you exercise on your own), you'll get both options—follow-along workout + demo videos.

There's usually no music included.

It's recommended to pull up your workouts on an iPad or laptop, so you can listen to music on a different device like Apple Watch or iPhone.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes.

You can cancel, take a break, come back or stay forever.
