So I created a training method that is just that.

Do I need equipment? What equipment do I need?
Minimal equipment needed. 80% of the workouts are done with no equipment at all. I suggest the following:
Keep in mind, you could still complete this program with NO EQUIPMENT at all. In this case, I would further encourage mind-to-muscle connection and gratitude for movement!
- Small variety of dumbbells; ideally, a light, medium and heavy. If you're just getting started, 3-10 lbs or 5-15 lbs is perfect
- At least 1 resistance band
- Ankle/wrist weights are optional
Keep in mind, you could still complete this program with NO EQUIPMENT at all. In this case, I would further encourage mind-to-muscle connection and gratitude for movement!
Will I really see results?
Physical results will always vary from person to person but if you prioritize a positive mindset throughout this program and complete every class in a 6 week timeframe, you will 100% feel some type of transformation in your confidence, your energy and your overall strength!
To further encourage fat loss or weight loss, I recommend completing daily walks in addition to your workout classes!

Can I do the program again after I complete it once?
Absolutely!
- You can repeat this program as many times as you like. I recommend increasing the intensity or the weight each time.
- You can do this program when you're in between other programs and need a different type of reset.
- You can use the classes in this program when you're in need of a random workout while on vacation or traveling!
Are the workouts different?
Yes, yes, yes!
Every single workout is different but you do follow the same weekly schedule to help build a routine that encourages healthy habits AND allows you to build your strength each week, which will positively affect your physical results!

Are the workouts class-style or demonstration videos?
For this program, all 36 workouts are class-style! Rachele is behind the microphone doing the workout with you and guiding you along the way!
