Embrace a dancer's strength as you "turn out" from the waist down to improve the body's inner-thigh to core connection.

DAY 5

THE AB SHAKER
Shake literally—in your core and in your movements—as you lift, extend and move your legs outward from the center of your body.

DAY 6

TORSO TAKEOVER
Enjoy a well-rounded, feel-good routine that hits everything — including your front, your sides, your glutes and your back.

DAY 7

RECTUS ROCK & ROLL
Challenge your 6-pack with only 2 motions (rolls and rocks) in only 2 positions (V-sit and plank).

DAY 8

PILATES PUNCH
Sculpt the deep tissue by elevating your hips and completing "cross" motions over the spine and pelvis — standing up and lying down.
